Refund Policy

However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can request a refund.

1. General Refund Policy

Bihar Build follows a strict no-refund policy after product delivery. Refunds are only applicable in cases where the product is not delivered. If your order has not been received, you may request a refund by following the procedure outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

You have successfully made a payment, but the product has not been delivered.
The delivery time has exceeded the promised period, and you no longer wish to wait for the product.
Your order has been canceled by Bihar Build due to stock unavailability or any other reason.

Non-Eligibility for Refund

You will not be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

The product has already been delivered to your provided address.
The delay in delivery was due to incorrect shipping details provided by you.
The product is damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper usage.
The request is made after the refund request period has expired.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, you can request a refund by following these steps:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Email us at info.biharbuild.com with your order details, payment confirmation, and delivery status.
Call our customer support at +919229768008 and provide your order ID and payment details.
Visit our office (if applicable) and submit a refund request in person.

Step 2: Verification of Refund Request

Our team will verify your request by checking the order details, payment status, and delivery status.
If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

The refund will be processed based on the original payment method:

The refunded amount will be transferred only to the original payment source.
Bihar Build is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment processors.

5. No Refund After Product Delivery

Once a product has been delivered successfully to your address, we do not provide any refunds under any circumstances. However, if you encounter any issues with the delivered product, you can contact our support team for assistance.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you can request a full refund.
After Dispatch: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the product will be delivered to you.
